Kizzie Bee Boutique Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at shop.kizziebee.com operated by Kizzie Bee, LLC.

All returns must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase, for refund. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

If the product was shipped to you damaged, you must contact us within 7-calendar days of purchase, for a replacement, store credit, or full refund, item must be returned.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect and process your refund. The money will be refunded in the original payment method you’ve used during purchase. For credit card payments, it may take up to 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, and past the 7-calendar day damaged return policy, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
